Best Western Inn Santa Clara

I'm a Best Western member so I stay in Best Westerns all over the US. And this one was one of the cleanest and convenient locations. It's a basic room but very clean and everything works well. It's comfortable, and didn't have some weird bathroom design where the toilet paper roll is near your knees and you have to sit sideways because the bathtub is too close. Everything felt sanitary and neat. I checked in around 10pm and there was plenty of parking.

We sincerely thank the Mgr Dimel for assisting us with our reservation. Some how I made a duplicate reservation by error and only needed one of them. I'm here in twn for surgery and he was very gracious about our circumstances. Hotel was near our Hospital. The rm is very nice and clean. Couldn't be happier.

This place is awesome. Clean and tidy. But what really makes it is their customer service. Dimel was fantastic. The entire county was booked solid because of two huge conventions in town. Having driven 9 hours, I could not find a booking anywhere unless I paid from $500-$1400 and drove another 45 minutes. I reached out to Dimel early morning and checked with him throughout the day. He was supportive and concerned about my welfare and he communicated to me keeping his eye out for any cancellations at their property that may come up. When I had given up all hope, a cancellation came up and Dimel reached out and gave it to me. Thank you Dimel for your excellent customer service.

Good hotel, with great service! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Claudia (apologies, I didn’t get her last name). She was an incredible help during my stay at your hotel. She assisted me with some reservation issues, always made sure I had what I needed, and did it all with such positivity and professionalism. Every interaction was a pleasure. Team members like Claudia truly make a difference in the guest experience. I recommend this hotel.

Dimel, Cluadia and the rest of their teams are so professional and outstanding with their customer service . They are very accommodating to my needs . Rooms are very clean and organized. The best perk is the Free breakfast they include in our stay . I will definitely be coming back if I need a hotel again here in Santa Clara .

The water pressure from the shower was spectacular! Wow! Room smelled a little funky but otherwise it was a very clean room. There are grocery stores nearby-a Korean market immediately across the street. Sprouts Market is not too far away either. Freezer worked well in the mini fridge I got Korean ice cream across the street and it stayed solid in the freezer. Coffee maker, Patty the hotel cleaner gave me the coffee I requested. Towels were clean. Microwave I didn’t use but there is one in the room. This location is right on a very busy street but I couldn’t really hear the traffic outside and I am extremely sensitive to noise. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee, oatmeal. I checked under the mattress for bed bugs-no bed bugs. Overall it was a decent stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made truly special by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Claude and Mr. Dimel for their exceptional service. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warmth truly reflect the high standards of this hotel. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return in the future.

The room is really nice and clean quiet too. Staffs are really friendly. It comes with Free complimentary breakfast, eggs, potatos, sausage and fruits and etc. Its perfect, if you are in the hurry to start your day. For the price, and comfort, i would recommend this place to stay for a visit.
